While you could move the practice to another location, the Seller will not guarantee the clients if you do. The staff is expected to stay on if you request them to stay. The Seller seeks retirement but will stay on for a well-organized transition. At your request, the Seller will be available for any tax or accounting work needed on a scheduled or emergency basis.
